1. About Menstrosan.se
The company is based in Stockholm. The company’s mailing address is 18744, Täby.

If you wish to contact us, please send an email to kontakt@menstrosan.se with your inquiry and contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.

2. Ordering
When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via email at kontakt@menstrosan.se.

3. Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 2-4 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday. If delays in delivery occur (without prior notice of extended delivery time), you should contact us at kontakt@menstrosan.se.

4. Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, printing errors in the price list, or inaccuracies caused by incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.

5. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the ordered goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal: You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification must be sent to kontakt@menstrosan.se. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be well packaged and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product if it is used or damaged.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: Products that show signs of use. For more information about the statutory right of withdrawal, see here.

6. Returns
To return a product, you need to ensure that the item is unused, in original condition, and with labels intact. The product must not show any signs of use. Send an email to kontakt@menstrosan.se with the following information:

Photo of the product
After we approve the return, you send the product(s) back to us. You pay for the return shipping yourself.

7. Complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to correct the error free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.

How to proceed with a complaint?
Any defects must always be reported to kontakt@menstrosan.se, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, a description of the defect, and a photo of the defective product. If we are unable to fix the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.

8. Limitation of liability
We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays/errors caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or failed delivery from suppliers.

Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for any changes to products/product features made by respective suppliers and other factors beyond our control.

9. Product information
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and for products sold out. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the products as some color differences may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.

10. Information about Cookies
According to the law on electronic information, visitors to a website must be informed for privacy purposes that cookies are used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user’s browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer to provide access to various functions. You can set your browser to automatically refuse cookies. 12. Changes to the general terms
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The changed terms are considered accepted upon order or visit to the website.

13. Disputes and choice of law
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.

For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission’s platform for dispute resolution, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

In case of dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies. Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms shall be governed by Swedish law.
